2. GOP goal: to enrich their donors.

This article misses the point.

The real issue that the GOP cares about is further enriching their billionaire donors.

So when Democrats are in power, the GOP talks about deficits to advocate for spending cuts.

When Republicans are in power, deficits go out the window as they advocate for tax cuts.

This is all pretty simple and the most surprising part is the media taking GOP words at face value. We know they lie continuously. So the media needs to start reporting the truth, not what they say.
