1. Do coaches have a substance abuse policy like the athletes?

Probably depends on what kind of results he produces. If his offensive line is crap they will use it as an excuse to fire him. If he has value to the team then he will probably go to some kind of outpatient treatment and/or counseling and continue on with his contract.
