53. They can't get a gun from a store without an ID either... but they CAN buy gun food (bullets)!

Which is pretty much the same situation described for cats:
They can't get a cat from the cat Store (shelter) without an ID but I'm assuming they CAN buy cat food without an ID.
Well, they can't get a gun from a store without an ID either but evidently they CAN buy gun food (bullets).
So their example seems to be more alike than dissimilar.
