I just happened to see this image of the meeting of the Trumps and Trudeaus. Now, I do not claim to be any kind of fashion maven here, but I did not know that this year's look for women is some kind of cross between a men's suit and tie and a woman's dress or pants suit. Strange look but both wives sport some version of it, so it must be the look of the ruling class this season.

In Melania's case, I am assuming she did not get the irony of her choice? The suit meant to SUGGEST her work in the boardroom of her various businesses? Symbolizing her dizzying climb from a photo shoot in some seedy hotel to the penthouse of the CEO of bad taste?

I just ended up laughing, and then laughed again as I recalled that Trump's need to hide his cameltoe with the overly long ties has led to the ruling male elite all wearing their ties long and low this season as well.

One more reason he should be impeached. Influencing public taste. Gross.
