Remember when Eric Cantor came out smiling and nodding, triumphantly declaring that Obama had caved? Well, here's the deal you agreed to, Monsieurs Cantor and Boehner.

How ya like it now?

Defense should not be spared. It was part of the original deal. Don't like it? Deal on tax cuts, you fuckstick motherfuckers. That thing you feel is your own petard that you're being hoisted upon. It's also called leverage on the tax cut deal. So, shall we say tax cuts for the middle class, none over $250,000, and then you can keep your defense spending?

OK, then,we're settled.
