Just the power dynamic between actresses and rich producers created a super disproportionate relationship, so the women were just resigned to it and couldn't speak up. They didn't have a platform and the risks were too high.

And you know, privately, a lot of people in Hollywood resent the people who have spoken up and they're protecting others still. It's rampant. Power corrupts. Cronyism perpetuates itself.
