17. sadly, with psychopaths

they lack empathy, which means they are unable to weigh both sides of an issue or idea.

as a result, trying to reason with them becomes impossible.

psychopathy is one of my hobbies.

the one notion you have to dispose of when dealing with a psychopath is: they are not like normal people.

generally speaking their view of the world around them is: they are the center of it. they tend to be charmers, charismatic and generally, but not always, want to be the center of attention.

there is a test to see the level of ones psychopathy it's called the Psychopathy Checklist-Revised

and like spectrum disorders, psychopaths have a scale as well.

from my easy chair lol, I think trump is mid level overall but high on the narcissism and mid range on the Machiavellianism,

but you have to remember, a person could also be really stupid and also have the dark triad.

dispel the Hollywood belief that psychopaths are smart.

and that is what I think tRump is; a really stupid dark triad.

which in some cases is more frightening than a smart one.
