that shows people having a job involving high cognitive functions (writers, scientists, etc...) tend to live longer with a better quality of live. If you use your brain all the time, your cognitive functions deteriotate much more slowly. I know plenty of older scientists well within their 70's or even 80's that are still very sharp.
Now of course, none of that applies to Trump given that he is on the other end of the scale.
