Restoring the "right" social order is more important for some above all else.. Especially if they don't have shit going for themselves.

Even if those folks are dirt poor without a hope in the world.. They could hold on to the feeling "At least I am not a N****r" Obama's political rise scrambled their chicken shit brains.
