or screen every passenger: You might have picked them up in a hotel and not even know it...

Same thing with norovirus on cruises: It's part of life. Schools get lice, that's not the school's fault.

The bed bugs are impossible to find in a quick inspection by cleaners or customers. They know how to hide.
