"Obamacare" being dead, as he hugged himself. His body language was that of the most defensive suspect ever. Then said the CSR's were a "gravy train", a gravy train. He IS insane. McMasters was looking around the room like "is every one else hearing what I hearing".

He of course tee-ed himself and went off not knowing WTF he was talking about. Very scary to watch.
