13. It's advice from Bannon, I'm sure of it

Bannon is out there trying to primary the incumbent Republicans in the Senate and House. So now Cheeto is doing everything he can to encourage dumping all incumbents. Why do Bannon and Trump think they'd be better off with all new legislators?

We need to really look into this and find out what's up. Always remember that the GOP can't win unless they cheat. So they're forever looking for ways to game the system.
