A category I need to refine a bit but he is at the top.

Problem is he isnt capable of doing anything else, but allegedly his fans are, allegedly his supporters ARENT sociopathic narcissistic monsters like him.

But so far not only his supporters but 99% of the GOP are supporting his mass murder.
