effect on those who serve. Of course that doesn't explain Trump's ugliness. He's NOT a genuine President, he's a cheap facsimile.....a "president". He's nine months into his "presidency" and he already looks like other Presidents who've served two terms. But, according to his "physician", he's the most healthy man in the world. 
Yeah...............right.
Trump's physical deterioration stems from his inner ugliness and diseased mind. Karma is not only going to catch him, it's going to lap the son-of-a-bitch very soon. Trump has never had a real job in his life, yet he thought he was well suited to take on the job of being President of the United States of America. 
That just goes to show what a narcissistic ass-wipe he is.
