First guaranteed debt free payment free homes would erase mortgage and rent payments.

Guaranteed utilities again a big savings.

Guaranteed food another savings.
Guaranteed health care education etc already we are cutting the cost of living down greatly.

So if the basic necessities are already met net dispersment based on need would be very affordable.

Obviously people that are making enough income wont need the basic assistance.

Tax the rich the lucky and the well off. Taking half the GDP in taxes would not be unreasonable.
