attention in training? what to say.
i have taken part in many training session. people always start out wondering what to say. but you ask them what they think they should say, and pretty much everything that comes out of their mouths is just fine.
sometimes old timers will share a favorite phrasing, but shit. nobody says anything flat out stupid or offensive.

obviously these are people compassionate enough to take on being hospice volunteers. people who actually give a shit about saying something stupid. iow, human.

ffs this man is so brain damaged.
