30. Quarantining Insider Traders in Pens

without computers, cell phones, or other means of communication may stop the scourge on our economy of insider trading. So she may have something there.

I suggest we isolate insider traders first and see how that works.

We seem to have successfully cut down on abuse of government funded private air travel by a related move-quarantining cabinet member Tom Price out of his cabinet position.

Use of the quarantine for hate groups might also be productive in preventing the spread of hate.

So lets not just dismiss Betty Price's musings out of hand.
