That system that is heading for Cuba, Florida and the East Coast has stalled right over Jamaica [View all]

It has been raining non-stop across the island for several hours. There's no wind but it sure is raining. Traffic is barely moving around our neighborhood.

Reminds me of Sandy without the wind.
