1. Read headline and determine main idea.
2. Think about the opposite.
3. This opposite thought represents the truth.

Example from their (ugh) site:

"OPINION: Hillary Clinton and Democrats lose the high ground on Russia"

What it really means: Hillary and Democrats gain the high ground on Russia (because guys like Nunes and Grassley are actively working to cover up Republican criminal behavior).
