Maybe Sheriff Joe should look into getting this whole mess that he's started classified as "performance art", in order to justify all of that tax payer money that he's been spending on this indecipherable melange.

He can confidently claim that he's created a "modern art masterpiece".

That would be a more credible explanation than the ones he's been offering.
