Rumor? Charter Jet at Dulles with Moscow Flight Plan [View all]

Black limos have been pulling up to the charter terminal one after another. A screen is in place blocking view of the passengers as they board the plane.

N.B.: Yes, it is just a rumor. Please don't spread this around on social media. I don't want to start a viral Internet rumor. Thanks!
