Unless she makes her assistance conditional in some fashion, such as requiring you to pray with her before she performs her job, or requiring a bribe for same, as far as I can tell she is doing no harm and breaking no statutes.

Personally, my impulse is to respond to those who wish me to "Have a blessed day," is to say "Blessed be!" with a smile. No need to tell them it's a Wiccan greeting.
