and certainly one of them could have been "colorized". Not that being the first woman executed by the Federal government was a great achievement for feminists but Americans are so ignorant of their own history that most probably don't know that any one was executed for conspiring to kill Lincoln (most think John Wilkes Booth was the lone assassin - that's what I was taught). Might as well mention all the alleged conspirators.
