He sure does love his knife. A former college professor of mine left academia to head a program in one of the natural resources agencies several years ago. One day, he went to Young's office to discuss some issue. Young pulled out a huge knife, and started sharpening it in front of him. He did it in such a way as to intimidate my professor--or at least try to intimidate him. He wasn't intimidated. Young is a nutbag.
