38. If he can find a way to spin resignation as a victory I think he'll do it.

He doesn't want the job. He doesn't like the job. He hates everyone around him. The only thing keeping him in the White House is his narcissism. If there's a way to jump ship without looking like he's jumping ship, I'm sure he'll take it.
