I'm not saying that the Libyans (or atleast these certain Libyans) are wrong to be angry and frustrated as this apparent insanity but... why? Why run reruns of speeches of a dead man from a defunct regime? Is someone trying to goad Libyan fighters into making a a provoking strike?
