a truly wonderful organization. But its internal policy has got to go. I don't understand why they have it in the first place and why a parent with sole legal custody would not have the full rights here where they're concerned. If one parent has no custody rights, then he or she shouldn't be permitted to block the trip, period. Don't they see how this can be used by one parent against the other?
