I am opposed to the death penalty morally, philosophically and practically in all instances so I don’t believe he should get it. It goes without speaking that I have no problem whatsoever locking this guy up for the rest of his natural life.

But if I were a person who did believe in the death penalty, I’m sure this would be an instance where I believe it would be warranted.

With that all being said, even then, the notion of a President tweet-screaming “DEATH PENALTY” and demanding “swift justice” before there’s even a trial disturbs me to no end and I find that rather inappropriate to say the least.
