“We need quick justice, and we need strong justice, much quicker and much stronger than we have right now.” - Trump, yesterday

Quick justice, at the expense of what? I don’t want our judicial process streamlined for ANYONE accused of a crime, and not out of concern for the person, but rather to preserve our system of justice, which is bigger than any individual. And why does it matter how fast the process is? They’re locked up before the trial.

And stronger? This sounds like just another Trumpism that means nothing. “STRONG JUSTICE!” Okay. Maybe he’s talking about penalties. As far as I know, terrorists convicted in our courts are elegible for the death penalty or they get locked away in an isolated cell for the rest of their lives. What’s stronger?

Just another Trump comment that means nothing.
