Brat said (my words) the states with low or no state income taxes pay for all the STUFF the big states, with all those taxes get, so it's a good thing to take deductions away from the spoiled liberal snowflakes.

No one came back with the FACT that the big blue states subsidize the reds to begin with. I can see this backwards attribution used by the Republicans in campaign commercials.
