To run someone like Sanders against Trump.
There was a rare crossover during this moment in history where a large segment of Americans were tired of any establishment sanctioned nominee. At least enough to be relevant. It was just who could deliver for them. Once Bernie was not a choice, many were duped into thinking that their only choice left was Donnie. They, and their votes, could have been useful idiots for us. Too late.
