80% of the words that come out of his mouth had zero meaning. He's like a drunk at the bar talking about how he's going to start his own company or go back to college or move to Hawaii. A few months ago he talked about how he was looking into letting the government negotiate with drug companies. Never heard anything about it since and we probably never will again. He talks about a lot of shit that ends up going nowhere. It's all just rambling nonsense from a delusional idiot.
