7. a lot of truth in this... although

It's become entertainment of an ugly sort. I think it's a little broad to blame media alone. If people didn't crave the information, the politicizing or the machinations of the alt world it would have less media intrigue.
It's one of those things where the perp should not be publicized or the act catagorized as if it's a contest.
I support people's right to know but people make the decisions of what entertains them, they choose what links to support by their mindless clicks.
We have to be more mindful of our own empowering acts.
