38. One has to wonder. What sort of asshole move did Rand Paul make that inflamed the

absolute rage of a neighboring doctor? A doctor whom one assumes knows the legal result of such an assault? -- I hope we get to find out. I think maybe Paul is a real punchable fella, like that Nazi that got punched. . . but I have assumed there's a damn big reason that doctor was enraged.
