23. We don't know what the VA pays first of all...

Next...this covers only the Ohio government buying the drugs (Medicaid/ACA)...no one else gets lower prices but Pharma can charge higher prices for them in order to make up for any shortfall...the is no implementation and we have to pay legal expenses for litigation (taxpayers)...which there will be plenty of...I know a great deal about this bill. What do you know about it? I am sure Ohio or big Pharma won't mind at all if poorer folks on the Medicare expansion can't get life saving drugs...or people with private/work place insurance can't afford drugs whose prices have been raised tremendously. It is a bad deal and I will vote no on it. We need something that will work not this mess.
