Carl Icahn can eat a dick.

Corporate raider pigs like him are in the Schtroumpf Blight House to cash in on deregulation for more personal business profits. For example, CVR Energy would benefit greatly if they followed his suggested deregulation changes to the Ethanol Rule. Their stock already went up half a billion in value after Trump got elected.
