from wiki- Moore was discharged from the United States Army as a captain in 1974, and was admitted to the University of Alabama School of Law that same year. He graduated in 1977




also in wiki- Moore was known to be very strict. Some of his soldiers gave him the derogatory nickname "Captain America", due to his attitude toward discipline.
