12. If he needs "biblical proof" can we give him "biblical punishment" when we have that proof?

I think the punishment in Leviticus 19.10 (stoning to death) is a little harsh even for Roy Moore, but if he loves the Bible as much as he says he does, how about Leviticus 19.17? "If a man takes his sister, his father's daughter or his mother's daughter, and sees her nakedness and she sees his nakedness, it is a wicked thing. And they shall be cut off in the sight of their people. He has uncovered his sister's nakedness. He shall bear his guilt."

I'd be perfectly happy with tarring and feathering and running him out of town on a rail. We don't even have to heat up the tar, because feathers will stick perfectly well to asphalt roof coating, which is liquid in the can.
