Look at the almost suicidal behaviors of congress right now--they're being told to produce huge flows of national wealth to people who are clearly willing to lose a fair number of them in 2018. They'll just run their replacements in the primary.

Cheeto wasn't the Koch's choice, but they've used his pathological incompetence to make some very good lemonade out of him. His appointments are almost all their agents.
