6. It's not uncommon for there to be a lag between when news breaks and when it shows up in the polls.

And by lag, I'm not just talking about polls conducted over periods that include days both before and after the story hits the news.

I don't know why that happens, and there's no guarantee of it happening here, but I wouldn't worry too much about one poll - at least not yet.
