9. The OP headline and the Mercury News headline are both badly misleading.

Both strongly create the impression that a second woman has come forth with accusations of sexual misconduct on Franken's part. That impression is false.

One has to read through the linked Mercury News article to find that what Franken is accused of here is continuing a heated argument over budget numbers when the argument was unwelcome and the woman wanted to drop it.
