(54,002 posts)24. I'm not judging the victim or Franken, but I found it curious the first thing out of Al was that he
didn't remember it quite that way. The reason he's asking for an ethics investigation might be to bring in witnesses to the event. It occurred to me this morning that if Al Franken, nicest guy in the world, is the first one on the chopping block, we're in for a heck of a ride.
