(35,176 posts)and then spend a few chuckles on and off throughout the day. These people. They never change. Few will even let the thought of change enter their little, shallow lives.
When they thought I was a lesbian because I was working for equality, surely a middle aged (then) woman would ONLY do this if she were, they would not even shake my hand in front of a TV reporter and cameras. One finally grabbed the tips of my fingers (I was NOT going to withdraw my offered hand), gave them a quick shake and then wiped his hand off on his lapel.
Oh the horror. If they continue to be shits about this all I can do is laugh at their discomfort and their worry that it is catching, even through a couple of non identifiable hands on a GD holiday cup of coffee.
