1. It is a tax SCAM, not scheme.

That is what the Resistance is calling it anyway. On a nationwide call last Wed from MoveOn.org, Bernie, Indivisible and other grass roots organizers there is a plan and the key word I learned from the call was DELAY!
The Senate goes on a Thanksgiving Recess so we need to organize and go to their homes and local offices, organize town halls, etc. and nail them. When they return from Recess a "Week of Action" starts (Nov 29 - Dec 2). This is when we must come out in numbers and storm the Bastille. Inundate their local and DC offices non stop with phone calls, petitions and letters. We have to commit time, energy and patriotism to defeat these greedy, hypocritical sociopaths who have sold our country for money while people will go bankrupt and die due to their selfish action.
