A supermajority of Democrats would be needed in the Senate and a Democrat in the White House to fully enact a repeal. Ain't gonna happen.

And for those of you with short memories: Republican obstruction in both houses of Congress if you don't have a supermajority. (Oh, the R's SAID that it was because of Obama; it wasn't. It was because of Democrats, period.)

And even if you have D's in place, the R's will go around screaming that D's are trying to RAISE TAXES ON EVERYONE.

This intentionally mislabeled "tax reform" can't be enacted now.
