If she isn’t consistent about it. Take turns ridiculing him and completely ignoring him but not being obvious about it being a pattern. She can do it by not responding to what he says about her or Bill but by using sarcasm and ridicule about his actions as President. She would make him crazed if she nit picked his every action with facts and figures but never responded to his name calling or insults.
