71. Well, in actuality. Lardo is an Italian thing....

But my intent was a play on words with "Lard", and Lardo is actually fat.

Lardo is cured fat, usually from the back of a pig.
The fat is packed in salt and herbs and left to cure for a month or so. (or in tRump's case, about 70 years)

It sounded so much like the original, I liked the combo!
