Victims are coming forward telling their stories on their terms. If we are going to talk about what it means and how it has gone on so long, we have a much larger cultural record to evaluate. Including, how a SC justice was confirmed, how a president was supported, and how a man who bragged about it was elected.
Turning this around and making it about specific characters will bury the most important piece of this discussion.
