I live in a blue city and state and have made over 400 calls in the past year. I got a tip from someone at a protest to help make calling easier and faster. I call ALL the states and the staffers do believe me that I am a constituent so they take my call seriously. What I was told at a protest 6 months ago works. Just go to Zillow for each rep's state and you get lists of homes for sale, rent, etc with the addresses and zip codes, It literally takes 3 min to get the address and call a rep. It doesn't matter if your phone's area code isn't in their district or state since people keep the same cell number, even when they move to different locations. This has worked for me and the staffers never ask for more validation. Therefor you can call as many of the senators and congressmen as you want.
