59. The US Coast Guard is protecting the Russian ships?

Honest to God, this is just crazy.

The American military is now protecting Putin et al, or perhaps the Orange Squirrel is going to
board one of the Russian vessels. Either way it is insane.

No, I don't twitter. I text and do the internet, but draw the line at tweeting, or twittering.

Does Barney have any ideas what is going on?
